DAVE COUSINS LYRICS BOOK
The official Dave Cousins lyrics book "Secrets,
Stories and Song" has gone to press and should be
available to those who pre-ordered in a few weeks.
It's now available through Amazon, and will be released 2 August.
PLEASE BEWARE !!!
There is another book being sold on Amazon:
"Songs Written by Dave Cousins: Grace Darling,
Lay Down, I Only Want My Love to Grow in You,
Autumn, Benedictus, Lemon Pie, Charmer
(Paperback)", published by LLC Books at £14.50.
This is a very strange publication, basically
taken from a very odd Wiki site - which collects
information - NOT lyrics - about a very small
selection of Strawbs songs (most of Grave New World and a few singles).
Avoid like the plague !!

WITCHWOOD GROUP - 10TH ANNIVERSARY
And finally, July 10 saw the 10th ann8iversary of
the Yahoogroups Strawbs discussion forum,
Witchwood. Populated by 300 or so hardly souls,
it was founded by Steve Young on 10 July 2000,
who sent the first message at 5.51am that morning.
To date there have been 55282 posts (this will be 55283).
It's amazing to think that this has been going on
for a decade!!! In addition to all the great
comments on matters (mainly) Strawb-related, from
all around the world, we've introduced the noun
"Witchwooder" to the world, and added to the
number of fancy badges you can wear to gigs.
Happy birthday Witchwood, here's to the next
decade ! Check out some of the messages at:
You'll need to be a YahooGroups member, but
otherwise, the message archive is open to all.
