CD/DVD (Witchwood Media WMCD 2057, UK, 2015): . Quite simple packaging for this well-recorded solo live performance from Dave on his US tour in 2008. Jewel case with 4pp booklet, including supporter names. Tray outer has track details, inner is plain red with a black border on the left and right. The actual CD is got up to look like a miniature record with faux grooves outside an inner red label (click to see the larger version).
