PHOTOGRAPHY - Please not that, owing to the video filming requirements there will be NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY PERMITTED. Photography without flash is fine.
FOOD & DRINK - Please note - you are not able to bring your own food and drink (other than bottled water) into the venue - there is a well-stocked bar and food available on site and close by and there'll be a food break in the proceedings on both days to get fed and watered.
There will be hot food, sandwiches etc in the bar. There is a restaurant in the Marriott Hotel, 25 yards away and a good selection of restaurants,pubs,cafes and food shops in Twickenham town centre which is 15 minutes walk or a short bus ride away. There's a good value restaurant in the Tesco superstore just 5 minutes away from the venue.

The show finishes at a reasonable time on both days so that people still have time to eat if they choose before they go home.
PARKING - There is plenty of free parking at Twickenham for those who need it. 'The car park is off Rugby Road at the north end of Twickenham Stadium - follow signs for Main Car Park. Cars can be left overnight at your own risk.
BAR/CASH MACHINE - Don't worry, there is a bar associated with the venue and a cash machine very close at hand in case you run out of beer vouchers!
