Dear Strawbsfans

In my previous e-mail I said:

"PLEASE NOTE: There are NO details of any previous purchases you may have
made left in the system; all these have been deleted.
We will be publishing a list on www.strawbsweb.co.uk of those who have
pre-ordered the Box Set so that you can check your order/how you are
described (spelling of name etc.)"

I had an e-mail in response:

"I am confused. I placed an order online on August 10. Are you saying that
you no longer have my order information? Do I need to re-order?"

No-one needs to re-order - the orders HAVE been collected by Witchwood -
but they won't appear in the system when you check your account for
previous purchases as they have been removed from the system. The reason
for us posting a list of orders is to reassure everyone that their order
HAS been received and their names will be included in the book.
