BENEDICTUS - STRAWBS TRIBUTE BAND - SHOW AND PARTY - 28 APRIL

Benedictus, the recently reformed Strawbs tribute band have booked Sat 28
April as a concert/party for friends and Strawbs fans. The venue is:

The Exchange
Hamilton Road,
Taunton TA1 2EQ
(very near the motorway junction and easy to find).

Doors will open at 7:30pm. Admission is free!

They hope to choose repertoire from the following:

* The Flower And The Young Man

* Remembering/You And I When We Were Young

* Down By The Sea

FIRE - UPDATE
=============

News just in that the proposed reunion of Fire later in the year
(dates/venue to be advised) will not only feature the original line-up
(Dave Lambert, drummer Bob Voice and bassist Dick Dufall) but also the
talents of all those who played on the original Magic Shoemaker album:

Dave Cousins will play banjo
Paul Brett will play guitars
and producer Ray Horrocks will provide the narration between songs
originally voiced by Dave Lambert.

I'm lobbying for a storming encore - Father's Name Is Dad !!
