DAVE AND GERALDINE IN CAR CRASH

Arriving in England from the States after the US tour, on the way back from
Heathrow, at 10.00 am on the M20, Dave and Geraldine were involved in a
serious car crash - fortunately, though obviously shaken, they are unharmed.

A lorry pulled off a slip road onto the M20 and hit the side of their car,
which was turned 45 degrees and was pushed ahead of the lorry for 100 yards
or more, ending up partly in the slow lane, partly on the hard shoulder.
The side of the car was badly damaged, and the car is a write-off, but they
were protected by the impact bars. Dave says that Geraldine's driving
saved the day, but that it could easily have been far worse if the lorry
had rolled over sideways or carried on over the top of their car.

Dave and Geraldine are about to head off on a well-deserved holiday in the
sun - I'm sure all the fans wish them well and that this break will give
them time to recover from what must have been a very frightening experience.
