Released only in Japan, this has elaborate packaging, even by Japanese standards: 4 page insert and a special A&M inner protective sleeve as well as a plastic protective sheath for the 45 itself. The chosen A-side for Japan was John Ford's "Thirty Days" with "Witchwood" on the B-side.
