Both sides are in mono.

This transcription disc included Strawbs' "Heavy Disguise", "Here It Comes", Tomorrow" and "Is It Today Lord"

Ken Garner's "In Session Tonight" lists these 4 tracks (along with "New World") as being recorded on 19 Apr 1972, transmitted on Pete Drummond's show on 1 May 1972. Discogs gives a release date of 3 May 1972 for this Top Of The Pops disc. Discogs also gives a location for the recordings as Aeolian Hall Studio 2.

Whilst only four tracks were used on the trabscription disc, all five appear on 2010's Strawbs At The BBC Volume 1.
