This transcription disc included just one Strawbs track - "Part Of The Union", which would have been climbing towards the top of the UK charts at this point - Discogs gives a release date of 7 Feb 1973 for this Top Of The Pops disc.
There's no listing in Ken Garner's "In Session Tonight" and the track doesn't appear on 2010's Strawbs At The BBC Volume 1. The Discogs notes cite a recording date of 9 Jan 1973 at T1 Kensington House Studio, (along with other tracks not used on this release, but included in Top Of The Pops 434). The Notes also confirm a transmission date of 9 Feb 1973 on Bob Harris' Sounds Of The Seventies Sequence and Dave Cousins' diaries matches the dates.
