This transcription disc included Strawbs' "Part Of The Union", "Lady Fuschia", and "The Winter And The Summer" (mis-listed as The Winter And The Sun" in the enclosed continuity sheets. "Part Of The Union" had already appeared on Top Of The Pops 431.
Ken Garner's "In Session Tonight" lists these 3 tracks (along with "The River" and "Down By The Sea") as being recorded on 9 Jan 1973, transmitted on Sequence on 9 Feb 1973. Discogs gives a release date of 28 Feb 1973 for this Top Of The Pops disc.
Only the three tracks listed above were used on the transcription disc, and on 2010's Strawbs At The BBC Volume 1.
