MODERN MUSIC 1978 INTERVIEW DISC
A Boston radio interview with Dave Cousins, along with tracks from Deadlines, presumably on the Arista promo tour when he "was in a Cleveland hotel room, when they telephoned the news" of Sandy Denny's death (Sandy died 21 Apr 1978). As well as the four Strawbs segments (including "New Beginnings", "The Last Resort" (excerpt) and "I Don't Want To Talk About It") there was also an interview with spoof Beatles band The Rutles, which included Monty Python's Eric Idle and Neil Innes, as well as music from Camel and Steve Hillage. The show aired on 7th to 13 May 1978.
