Vinyl double album (Canada): SP 9800/99800 (A&M, date?) .Same pacakging at original reissue, but silver labels are of a later design and have an altered catalogue number, almost certainly a cheaper price/budget label release. This is a promo copy.

South African release
Vinyl double album (South Africa): AMLH 69800 (A&M/RPM Record Co Pty Ltd, 1977??) .Thought for many years to have been a Canadian only release, a South African copy has now come to light. Packaging is pretty much identical to Canadian release except for the outer sleeve being shinily laminated, which is better protection than the Canadian matt cover. There are SA release details and different cat no at the bottom centre of the back of the sleeve. In the bottom right hand corner there's an Interpak logo and a "B". Can't really be established whether this was released in 1977 or later.
