Whilst there were moves to release this in the US in 1970/71, with a catalogue number allocated, no evidence that it ever came to anything - see "Where Is This Dream Of Your Youth, 1970 page. However a 1978 mono/stereo promo test pressing has emerged, likely to have been around the time of the US release of Best Of Strawbs (UK release was in Sep 1978, no info on date of US/Can releases, but assumed to be more or less the same). Again, no evidence as to whether a promo single or full release version was ever realised.
