The splendid Strand Theater, run by Ray Coles, a great friend of the band, has run a number of these "backstage concerts" in this spectacular vintage theatre. The band sit on the edge of the stage facing the back of the building - the audience get to sit on stage and see both the bamd and the stunning decor of this lovingly restored historic theatre. Perfect - enough to get a Brit on a plane any time ...
