HUD'S FIRST BAND
I'm indebted to Danny Vaughan for sending this photo of Hud's first band, circa 1965. Members were Phil Cook, Hud, Danny Vaughan and Peter Booth. Danny recalls they:
"...sold Phil's roller skates for two quid to put a pound each deposit on our first guitars. An EKO 'Beatle' bass and a Harmony Meteor. Graduated to a Hofner Bass, and my ice blue Telecaster..."
