SONJA KRISTINA/MASK
===================

Sonja Kristina filled in briefly for Sandy Denny after Sandy's departure,
then went on to fame if not fortune with the splendid Curved Air.

Her current project is a duo venture with Marvin Ayres called Mask - their
website - http://www.mask.uk.net/ - describes their music as experimental
voice and strings soundscapes. fusing elements of Ambient/Electronica,
Trance and Classical music to breathtaking and original effect.

They have a new dual sided CD/DVD album out this month entitled Heavy
Petal. There are media clips on the website, check it out.

Also a good Sonja website at http://www.sonjakristina.com, by Richard Wynne
who also runs the Curved Air website http://www.curvedair.com, who's
allowed me to use pix and info from his site for the new "related" page on
Sonja coming soon on the new Strawbsweb.
