OLD SCHOOL SONGS - RE-ISSUED
============================

Dave Cousins & Brian Willoughby's highly
acclaimed acoustic album re-issued on CD with
bonus tracks "Song For Alex" and "You Never Needed Water".

The first 23 copies of Old School Songs to be
ordered from Witchwood Records are individually signed by Dave Cousins.

=============================================
SANDY DENNY & ALEX CAMPBELL: 19 RUPERT STREET
=============================================

A real find for Sandy Denny fans - some
unreleased/unheard material recorded informally
at Alex Campbell's house in Glasgow in 1967.

Stuart Douglas, Alex Campbell's cousin found a
tape of this when he cleared out Patsy Campbell's
flat in Glasgow when she died in 2005.

Carsten Linde provided the original tape, which
was recorded in the living room of 19 Rupert
Street, Glasgow, on 5th August 1967 on a quarter
track domestic machine. You can hear Sandy and
Alex laughing and joking as though you were in the room with them.

Says Dave:
"This newly restored recording shows Sandy as I
knew her, bright and cheerful ... Sandy's voice
could pin back your ears or melt your heart. I'm
so pleased to be able share this historic recording with you."

The last track is Alex's kids waking up and coming down to join the session.

This is an unexpected and astonishing new
addition to the Sandy archive. It's roughly
recorded to be sure, but the spirited performance shines through.

Release date: 19 September
